Pinot Grigio 2021 muscat and unexpectedly full of characterA skin contact Pinot Grigio from steep marl slopes in the Vipava Valley, farmed organically without irrigation. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel and acacia, with about a week of maceration on skins. Aging in both steel and acacia adds texture while keeping the wine lifted and savory. Bottled unfiltered, it shows a balance of gentle tannin, bright fruit, and earthy depth.
