A silver Leopold Cross with finely enameled red arms bordered in white enamel, circumscribed by the inscription INTEGRITATE ET MERITO (INTEGRITY AND MERIT) over a ring of white enamel, upon a hand etched eight armed silver star, reverse with central pin assembly with marked C. F. Rothe Wien, and C. F., along with Austrian Imperial silver hallmarks, measuring 88. 58 mm (w) x 87.
