Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon affixed to a pentagonal backplate, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward facing profile of Tsar Nicholas II, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of (CROWNED IN MOSCOW), above a date of 14 May 1896, unmarked, measuring 28. 68 mm in diameter, weighing 11. 3 grams, demonstrating minor edge nicks and some softening of features, in
