Constructed of dark green cotton, the exterior bearing a black ink inscription of POLIZEI DOLMETSCHER (POLICE INTERPRETER) in Fraktur script, the interior bearing a partially legible districted stamp that appears indicate the Nuremberg region, measuring 192 mm (w) x 100 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
