Charles, marked BRONZE on rim, measures 35. 8mm, worn on original ribbon, lovely patina, minor wear, in better than very fine condition. Footnote: Cuba declared war on Germany one day after the United States. A draft was enacted and 25,000 soldiers were sent overseas to France.
