Constructed of toned bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised depiction of the All Seeing Eye, situated above dates 1904 1905, the reverse bearing a Cyrillic inscription of , (referencing 1 Peter 5: 6, MAY THE LORD EXALT YOU IN HIS OWN TIME), measuring 30. 58 mm in diameter, weighing 11. 1 grams, demonstrating some loss of finish, in addition to the loss of the suspension ring and ribbon, in very fine condition.
