Nice 1943 Dated MP40 magazine pouch in Khaki web construction. Constructed from tan blended webbing material as seen on other period German WW2 fieldgear used in North Africa and Italy. For this maker the rectangular stitching is a known feature. Stitching is clean and solid. The back of the pouch is well marked with WaffenAmt and as follows: clg 43 P 38u. 40 "clg" is the German three letter code for for Ernst Melzig
