I don't know, but seems very plausibly a portrait of a block in a historic Allentown neighborhood, with a very pleasing mix of architectural styles represented. Quite precisely and painstakingly rendered, down to every brick on that Victorian perhaps an art design architecture school exercise, but if so executed
