The badge is in great shape and is maker marked on the reverse to the famed Estonian jeweler Roman Tavast of Tallinn. The badge reads: A K 20 V 20 The screw reads: ROMAN TAVAST TALLINN The badge depicts a torch and sword surrounded by wreaths with a shining light at the top. This is an extremely scarce
