Made by Lionel Electric Trains, c. late 40s I believe, it would have been sold along with a milk truck, which would pull up in front of the platform to unload milk but now I think it just makes a great little sculpture, and a sweet platform for displaying other little things. Well rusted, but the green and cream still pop,
