This is a very nice condition Imperial Japanese WWII Army Parade Sword, with a nickel plated blade and a fine all brass hilt bearing an officer tassel. Overall length is 38 1 4 inches. The hilt has a pommel cap which acts to retain a nut which in turn secures the tang of the blade. The backstrap and grip tabs are decorated with cherry blossom flowers, with the tabs having the correct 10 petal Army version. The
