these are a deadstock pair of rare USMC Jungle Boots that have been modified into a low-top boot

This particular piece was issued to groundcrew and mechanics and in Europe were often patched as per this great example

This is in lovely condition and seems to only have been used very lightly

These replaced the WW2 era N4 olive deck jackets and retain a lot of the same design
