The interior of the helmet still has an original M31 leather liner with all eight fingers still present and intact
and came in various lengths with both 5 and 6 round cylinders
It is the standard injection molded aluminum "box" pattern with a pebbled texture on the front

Recently acquired from a USGI veteran's family, these are genuine World War Two U. S. issue items, including a named M1936 pistol belt! The pistol belt is named to NICK A ZAR 39117939 and he served with the Army Air Corps, 435th Troop Carrier Group. Unfortunately we have not been able to find much on Zar, as all search results are for Tzar Nicholas. We did find that he enlisted on December 20, 1942 and received
