This is a nice 19th century period personal punched tin oil lantern with four small windows with crossed iron bars and a retained oil can. The construction is very crude and evident of the period, completely handmade with the original can inside. The can has a lot of wick but it is likely wick that was recently added. The glass has some cracks as shown on one pane, and has a door with a hinge that still functions though
