WWII Hand Crank Air Raid Siren. These covers are almost always missing, and of the few examples we have had, most were without the cover or sling, like this example. The siren is maker marked on the reverse: FEDERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, INCCHICAGO Constructed predominantly of aluminum with integral one piece carry handle and crank handle. These were originally painted
