The Jacket is Collarless & Quilted and the Skirt is Pleated. Women's size 16. Great condition I believe it to be vintage. No flaws to note. The skirt is too big for my mannequin and is pinned to it. Actual measurements: Jacket: Armpit to armpit approx 22. 5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 22" Across the waist area approx 22" Sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff approx 21"
